let's start a healthy lifestyle !

assalamualaikum and hello everyone .
day by day we're getting older and our body keep losing nutrient and we need to take an extra care of it .

i really adore her, Keira Knightley

Beauty is not only having a pretty face or what . it is universal . from up to toe everything have their own part to be describe as beautiful .

okay , what we put inside our body (eat) that will come out . example like we eat oily food so our skin will produce oil and make our face oily and so whatever . in order to have a moist and firm skin , we must eat healthy food .

eating a healthy food consist of a lot of fruits and vege, grains, cereals, dairy products and a very small amount of snack/sugar product .


here some tips , you may see it as simple little things but really this will make a big impact to your life if you practice it daily . i can gurantee you can have a pretty beauty gorgeous face and skin also a wonderful life !

-waking up on every morning also one of the beauty tips
-smile at the mirror (to yourself) and have a positive minded

-always order hot drinks instead of cold drinks
-drink plenty of mineral water/clean water

-dont easily get mad
-make fruits as your snack when you're hungry

-take less salt and sugar
-eat more cereal and protein

-dont forget to take your breakfast every morning in range of 6am to 10am
-avoid oily food
-have a early dinner and last time of eat is 2 hours before sleep

-chose dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate (normal chocolate)
-before commit to any collagen/beauty product make sure you do some research first

-night cream is more important to repair your skin compare to day cream
-if you wanna buy a mask, i suggest you buy a botanical mask instead of chemical

-dont let your skin be in air conditioner surrounding without putting any lotion
-wash your hand regularly and use a sanitizer

-do not often touch your face
-protect your skin from a direct sunlight
-have a good time of sleep and wake up on early morning

so that was some tips and every each of it cause a reason why i suggest it that way . you can make a further research if you're not satisfy with mine .

your hair also will be strong healthy and shiny .


i know that it is not easy to practice all the tips above but if you consistence and interested to change your habit and lifestyle to a good one , you'll make it . right ?
